This article introduces the PMP exam preparation books that I used to pass the PMP exam. Highly recommended for PMP certification aspirants, considering I passed the PMP exam from my first attempt.

Reference one: Must use

PMP EXAM PREP: ACCELERATED LEARNING TO PASS THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP) EXAM 10^th EDITION BY RITA MULCAHY.

If you ever want to pass the PMP® exam (Project Management Professional) exam, this is the book I would recommend you to get! The content of this guide is updated for the most current version (PMBOK guide 6th edition) and was written by one of the most accomplished trainers in PMP exam.

This PMP study guide tries to re-organize the PMP exam syllables in a structured way to help self-study readers to reach PMP certification success. My learning experience with this guide

This book definitely helps me to understand the topics in PMP® as well as form a mental picture of the project management knowledge areas. In total, I spent about six weeks reading this study guide and making my notes, about 2 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekend days.

GUIDE TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE (PMBOK GUIDE)–SIXTH EDITION

The PMBOK® Guide–Sixth Edition – PMI’s flagship publication has been updated to reflect the latest good practices in project management. About the author

The Project Management Institute (PMI) is a US nonprofit professional organization for project management. The PMI provides services including the development of standards, research, education, publication, networking-opportunities in local chapters, hosting conferences and training seminars, and providing accreditation in project management.
