The Planning Process Group consists of those processes performed to establish the total scope of the effort, define and refine objectives, and develop the course of action required to attain those objectives . among the 5 Process groups, planning process group has the most number of processes , PMI defines twenty-four discrete processes that are involved in planning. While a project team can decide which of those to choose for a given project :
